All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on material costs, project complexity, and timeline requirements. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if project specifications change.

4. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required before work begins
Final payment is due upon project completion
Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards
Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Project Timeline

We provide estimated completion dates based on current workload. While we strive to meet all deadlines, timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including material availability and project complexity.

6. Material Selection

Wood is a natural material with inherent variations in grain, color, and texture. We cannot guarantee exact color matching or grain patterns. Client approval of materials is required before work begins.

7. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not satisfied with the finished product due to workmanship issues, we will make necessary corrections at no additional charge.

8. Limitations

We are not responsible for:

Natural characteristics of wood materials
Changes to specifications after work has begun
Delays caused by client-requested modifications
Damage occurring after delivery or installation

9. Intellectual Property

Custom designs created by our team remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients retain rights to use completed products for their intended purpose.
